Ghadan Institution briefs Chevron delegation on the preparations for the 8th Baghdad International Dialog and the 2nd Baghdad Energy Forum

Ghadan Risk Management Corporation received, Monday in its office, a delegation from Chevron International, in a meeting between the President of the Corporation, Dr. Abbas Radi, and his deputy, Mr. Ahmed Al-Wendi, with the visiting delegation, where they discussed the prospects of joint cooperation in the fields of energy, and exchanged views on the developments and challenges witnessed by the sector at the regional and international levels.

The meeting discussed potential partnership opportunities and the importance of employing international expertise in supporting sustainable development paths in the energy sector, in line with Iraq's economic priorities and future plans.

And in light of the preparations for the Baghdad International Dialog in its eighth edition, the Baghdad International Energy Forum in its second edition, the two sides discussed the ongoing preparations for the two forums, stressing their importance as platforms for dialog and communication between decision-makers, international companies and experts, in a way that enhances Iraq's position in the regional and international energy map.
